Former Attorney General Bill Barr is pushing back on remarks that House Oversight Committee Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD) made this week claiming that Barr had shut down an investigation into a document from an FBI confidential source that alleged that then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme. "It's not true. It wasn't closed down," Barr said in an interview. "On the contrary, it was sent to Delaware for further investigation." Barr's remarks came in response Raskin claiming on Monday that Barr ended an investigation into an FBI document that allegedly claims that Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from an adversarial country.
